How will I make a difference?

The Environmental Compliance Administrator will play a key role in delivering exceptional administrative support. As a motivated and enthusiastic self-starter, the ideal candidate will excel at coordination and prioritizing tasks, thriving both in a collaborative team environment and when working independently. Strong organization and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

What will I be doing?

  • Efficiently process a range of administrative tasks, including managing new registrations and updates to contact or company Details
  • Provide flexible administrative support to other departments as needed
  • Provide outstanding customer service through both telephone and email communication
  • Develop a strong understanding of viron's operational activities to effectively support the Contact Center with inbound and outbound calls
  • Take an active role in the data-round processes, including logging data forms, tracking verification forms, and assisting with member inquiries
  • Promote and uphold high standards of administration across the team and company
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist other departments in auditing critical documentation to ensure regulatorys compliance

About you

  • Ability to manage and prioritise own workload, and to multi-task
  • Ability to pick up, retain and deliver technical and regulatory information
  • IT Literate: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Polite and professional at all times
  • Highly numerate and able to analyse complex information
  • Customer focused with drive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
