The Environmental Compliance Advisor plays a vital role in delivering viron's core compliance solutions, sitting at the heart of our business operations. This role offers exciting opportunities to work across departments, gain insight into various aspects of the Company, and develop a diverse skill set.

As part of a team of advisors, you'll be the first point of contact for our partners and customers, providing expert guidance with professionalism and efficiency. The role also encourages travel to client meetings and Industry events, offering valuable exposure and networking opportunities. Additionally, you'll have the chance to contribute to a variety of projects based on business needs, ensuring every day is dynamic and engaging.

We're looking for someone with hands-on customer experience, a strong customer-focused mindset, and exceptional interpersonal skills. What will I be doing?

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all Incoming regulatory queries from clients
  • Provide expert advice and technical support to clients, ensuring their compliance needs are met
  • Stay informed About and actively promote viron's range of Services, collaborating with relevant Departments to deliver the best solutions for customers
  • Participate in and present at partner partner workshops and seminars, sharing industry Knowledge
  • Process data forms and play a key role in the data submission process
  • Develop in-depth expertise in producer responsibility regulations and data submission procedures, with opportunities to specialize in areas of personal interest
  • Personally manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring each receives the appropriate level of service and support

About you

  • Ability to manage and prioritise own workload, and to multi-task
  • Ability to pick up, retain and deliver technical and regulatory information
  • IT Literate: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Polite and professional at all times
  • Highly numerate and able to analyse complex information
  • Customer focused with drive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Positive, proactive, enthusiastic and approachable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
