viron Compliance Ltd supports organisations with environmental compliance through accurate data, reliable reporting, and efficient internal processes. To keep our teams productive and our systems secure, we’re looking for an IT Systems Administrator to own day-to-day IT operations and help improve our core infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 and user accounts (onboarding/offboarding, access, permissions).
• Provide internal IT support (1st/2nd line) and resolve tickets efficiently.
• Maintain laptops/devices, updates, basic security controls, and asset tracking.
• Support core tools (Teams, SharePoint, email, business applications) and coordinate with suppliers if needed.

Requirements

• Experience in an IT support/sysadmin role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured, service-focused approach.
• Basic understanding of IT security and access management.
